The Indian state corporation Heavy Engineering Corporation Limited (HEC) and JSC “RPA “CNIITMASH” (a company being a part of Atomenergomash, a machine-building division of Rosatom), have launched the second stage of implementation of the agreement to establish the Center for General Engineering and Technical Training in India. First 200 engineers from HEC Ltd. will start their education program in the end of 2017 or early in 2018.

Currently, CNIITMASH specialists are tasked with preparing training materials, while the state corporation HEC Ltd. will organize the training space in the city of Ranchi which will allow for the full-scale functioning of the Center. The implementation of the current stage of the agreement provides for the visit the territory of the Center in India and final approval of the dates and schedules of the training courses.

The training will take the form of nine different courses lasting from one to four months and will be carried out by CNIITMASH specialists. All courses are designed for continuity, which in the future will allow to build up skills of workers of various engineering enterprises in India.

The participation of CNIITMASH in the establishment of the Center enables to raise efficiency of production in national energy and engineering sectors and to develop qualification of Indian engineers. Russian specialists in turn will gain a valuable experience of teaching foreign colleagues the technological skills of Russia’s engineering school, which will reinforce its image among the international technical community.
